The Boomtown Charter

Originally called "Change, Washington", the city of Boomtown was renamed following an accidental explosion that literally turned the town inside out.

A new charter was drafted and on May 18, 1884, the citizens of the renamed town of Boomtown ratified the charter and its 20 principles.

These principles have remained the moral and social foundation of Boomtown and made it into the town it is today.

Now YOU can own your very own copy of the Charter to hang on your wall (just click the image to the right).

Also available is the article entitled "The Boomtown Charter at Large", written by our favorite son, Nowen N. Particular.
